All our foremen and leadership team have over 20 years of tenure with B&C, with our President having more than 43 years, and many crew members with between 5 and 10 years with the company. B&C is a great company for employees and clients because of our experience, longevity in various roles, our vast knowledge base and understanding of local markets, etc. We offer yearly training to employees on various subjects related to our industry to make sure we stay on top of the changing landscape of OSHA and business.
